Positive Talk

Positive Talk, a facilitated discussion group for all HIV+ individuals from those newly diagnosed to those aging with HIV, make new social connections, and meet others for support. This group is inclusive, men women and people of all gender identities are welcome. 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month 6:30-8pm. South Asian Peer Support
Peer support group for South Asian people living with HIV, offered in partnership with UBC’s Dr. Farah Shroff. Discussion will focus on topics important to participants, as well as on subjects like isolation, support, stigma, shame, and belonging.

Brand NEW Dental Clinic set to open it’s doors in September in our brand new building.
People living with HIV (PLHIV) in BC are set to receive ongoing, professional, free-to-user dental care thanks to a generous contribution of $420,000 from the British Columbia Ministry of Health. The donation was recently announced by Sam Sullivan (MLA, Vancouver False Creek) at a private event in Vancouver for PLHIV.

Positive Living BC’s Peer Navigators are now a part of the team at Positive Health Services Clinic in Surrey. Located at the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre on the 3rd floor, 9750- 140th Street, in Surrey.
