If you’re looking for a reason to dine out at the end of March, here’s a worthy cause.
Dining Out for Life has announced that it will return to Vancouver on March 30, when an estimated 100 participating restaurants across the Lower Mainland will donate a portion of their sales to aid people living with HIV/AIDS.
The longstanding international fundraiser’s Vancouver/Whistler arm has raised more than $3 million since its launch in 1994. Proceeds benefit A Loving Spoonful, a local nonprofit that provides meals, nutritional counselling, and meal planning for those affected by HIV/AIDS in Metro Vancouver.
More eateries will be added to the participant list in the coming weeks. Last year, more than 100 restaurants took part in the initiative.
Check out the confirmed list of participating restaurants below and be sure to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner at one—or a few—on March 30 in support of Dining Out for Life. Visit Dining Out for Life’s website to view an updated list of restaurants as we inch closer to the date.
