Position Summary:
The Executive Director is responsible for the successful management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors, and for the delivery of effective programs, services, and initiatives that support the organization’s vision and mission.

Positive Living BC is Western Canada’s largest HIV organization with a membership of more than 6,000 individuals living with HIV. Our programs promote and/or provide an empowering and protected environment to facilitate involving and engaging people living with HIV. Our Board of Directors is composed solely of people living with HIV. We are committed to the effective implementation of GIPA/MIPA and the Denver principles in all areas of our organization.

Positive Living BC is hiring! We’re looking for a creative and dynamic person to join our team.

Position Description: The Events and Donations Coordinator undertakes the development, coordination and execution of all fundraising events and activities coordinated through the Fund Development Department including the Vancouver AIDS WALK, AccolAIDS Awards Gala, Red Ribbon Breakfast, third-party fundraising events, donor cultivation and other special events.
