Transformation through meditation

Vipassina Meditation is also called Insight Meditation. Essentially, this form of mindfulness meditation helps to cleanse the mind of mental impurities creating transformation through self-observation. It helps to increase your awareness into your senses, calms and purifies the mind, leads to wisdom and helps to achieve transcended thoughts.
